Thinking about Self-Actualization
When people get a little older, they want to lead, have the desire to be recognized, and are willing to share. According to Maslow's Hierarchy of Needs, the highest need, "Self-Actualization Needs", points this out. In plain English, I'd say being a boss.
At a certain age, both men and women experience this need. Some of them know they want to be bosses from an early age, while others don't. I've encountered a lot of people who are unable to accept the fact that most people wanted to become bosses, including them.
Whether people like it or not, it's fairly common for someone to desire to be the boss.
According to Maslow's theory, everyone must satisfy the self-actualization need of desiring to be a boss if all other needs are met, including physiological needs, safety needs, belonging and love needs, and esteem needs.
The desire to realize our full potential is referred to as self-actualization. So let me simply say, "Embrace Yourself" in order to be able to meet your needs. You should acquire the expertise required to someday become a leader and be able to establish an environment to apply those goals while pursuing education, generating money, and a life partner.
I wish you could cultivate the right habits, mindsets, attitudes, professions, and environments for yourself and others for your future and the future of the surrounding community.
